River Thames

The River Thames flows through West London and, at 215 miles, is the longest river in England. Along its course are 45 navigation locks with weirs and bridge crossings at Hammersmith, Kew, Kingston and Richmond as well as Hampton Court. The river contains over 80 islands and has both seawater and freshwater stretches.
